Responsive Black and White Vanilla Theme 1.0

A light-weight responsive version of the Default Vanilla Forums theme with a Black colour scheme.

The Black and White Theme is the native Vanilla Forums default theme but made to be responsive and color scheme is, well, Black and White. The biggest difference between the two (aside from being responsive and colors) is there is a container on this version that is 960px around the body.

Created and tested with: Vanilla Forums 2.0.18.10
