This extension is now tested an works.
Users may send private Messages to other users on their accounts page.
Incoming messages are displayed on the Account Personal Information Identity page.
It's a good startingpoint for an inbox-outbox user-messaging system as
requested in

Be sure to check the great "whisper comment"-features of vanilla first before
you decide to set up a message system on your board.
