Clean 1.0

This is a full-width clean theme with the style.css completely rewritten and minimized to less then 300 lines. The default master has also been rewritten for search engine optimisation. This theme is mostly meant to help easily style your own theme and has a little added configuration.

Both the content and panel resize (by %) to fit the screen best. A fixed width is easily given with a small change to the wrapper.

In the default.master.php, the content comes first in code (not in design) followed by the panel, header, nav and footer in respective order. The panel can also be set to the left of the page while maintaining this order.

Furthermore both helper_functions.php files for discussions & discussion have been edited to allow for a Closed class on a item and Odd/Even classes for comments.

Only one image is added for the overlay box, for the rest it's just css!

This is my first addon (for any community ever), so comments are much appreciated.
