Cookie Consent 1.0.1

This plugin allows you to put a cookie consent banner on your Forum

Simple plugin that allows you to spawn a Cookie Consent banner from silktide.com to your forum.

IMPORTANT!! You probably want to modify the files /views/cookiepolicy.php and /views/privacypolicy.php with your informations (use HTML).
I just added them with an example, maybe in the next release of the plugin I'll add a Textarea on the Dashboard to simplify that step.

This is my first plugin ever for anything, so please tell me if there is any problem.
