Dogma 2.1

A theme based in Brand Friendly with CSS3 and a customized layout to improve SEO performance.

This new version of Dogma is based in Brand Friendly. I edited the template file a bit so the header image could be included from the dashboard, and I removed the footer to ease CSS edition (the previous content of the footer is now in the panel).

The design is fluid yet limited by the main wrapper, for readability. 301 pixels wide on the right panel, thinking in those who want to include ads through a pocket there. I also did a deep edition of all styles. If you are curious, you can see it live here:

Version 2.1 solves a few bugs in the design.
Version 2.2 removes the permalink to make the site a little more SEO-friendly. It also solves a few other bugs in the design.
Version 2.2.1 adds a couple of new fixes.
Version 3 is a full rewrite, switching from Clean to Brand Friendly as base template.

My personal suggestion: Do not use neither quotes nor voting with this template. I have not made the CSS for those plugins (yet). The next version should have support for these two, plus a mobile theme version.
