Dutch Locale 1.4

The translation is in "informal" Dutch.

All of the text in Dutch for a default Vanilla install based on the Baseline Locale (1.0b) with a few extra definitions.

The Dutch locale is checked for spelling and translation errors. Please report any abnormalities so I can update the locale if needed.

Installation:

1. Copy the locale pack to your /locales folder.
2. Go to you dashboard under locales and enable the locale pack.
3. Edit your /conf/config.php to set the locale as the default with the following line: $Configuration['Garden']['Locale'] = 'nl';
