Adds a static Flattr button to each comment and into the profiles of users who add their flattr username to their profile info

Flattr is a micropayment service, something like PayPal for very small amounts. You can read about them more on their homepage: flattr.com
This plugin adds [Flattr this] buttons to users profile page and to discussions and comments. All comments, discussions and the profile page are different so called "things" for Flattr. So forum users could be rewarded multiple times!
