HTML + BBCode Compatability 1.3
Based on the IPBFormat plugin, but treats all BBCode markup as allowing HTML also.
Based on IPB Format, this plugin changes the way BBCode-formatted comments and posts are handled, allowing HTML markup mixed in with BBCode.
This reproduces how Vanilla handled BBCode comments prior to version 2.3.
