Contains useful functions for locale developers. When you enable this plugin go to its settings page to change your options. This plugin is maintained at http://github.com/vanillaforums/Addons

With this plugin you can do the following:

Collect translations throughout the application
Copy translations from an existing locale pack to help you get started with your own locale.
Figure out the changes between your locale and and another one so you can see what you have left to translate.
