Thanks to @peregrine and @422 for their help and suggestions.

@peregrine suggested that the theme can be faster If you delete @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,400italic,700,700italic); in /Noise/design/custom.css. and replace all the font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; with font-family:Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;.

I think is a good idea, your font will change but it will be similar and faster so I left this to your decision.
