Adds a Privacy Notice popup and Page. Puts a Privacy Link on the menu which opens in a popup but can also be accessed via opening a new window. Based on peregrine's ExtraPage

It is a requirement by law to have a privacy notice in plain view. This page allows you to customize a privacy notice. It puts a link on the menu. A privacy notice differs from terms of service which is internal rules of use. A privacy notice let's people know how their info is being used if at all.

Privacy Notice is an extra page to Create a custom Privacy Notice Page. Having a Privacy policy is a requirement by law. Having a privacy policy can increase your good ratings. It will open in a pop up but can be accessed via the link too by opening it in a new window.

After you install make sure you enable the plugin in the dashboard.

The file to edit is called privacynotice.php in the views folder
and for extra css edits pn.css and the pop up popup.css

You must also add to the pn.js file the full address to your site so you don't get a 404 error.
