Twitters new discussions autmatically.
This highly configurable plugin will tweet the discussion titles of your forum automatically to your Twitter account. You need to set up an application in Twitter (see the link in the settings screen). Those application credentials must be filled out before you can see any effects of the plugin.
I'm not very happy with the content of the tweet. You can look at line 160 of the plugin in order to do some adjustments...

Don't expect much support for this one. Before writing that plugin, I ignored Twitter. Now I began to hate it.
