Wamp 3.0.6 + Vanilla 2.3 Not Started ? [RESOLVED]

I installed WAMP server and ran the applpication. The icon in the taskbar stays orange and says "local server - 1 of 2 services running" .
My WAMP write dont Logs.
If I running other project for example Vanill 2.1 , esle allride go to green laben of WAMP.
Help my please.

The running now
