Can't Start Vanilla

I have insalled Vanilla already on my localhost... But When I started it to try posting it had encountered an error... It says it does not have an access on the database?.. Affected elements M ySql.OpenConnection(); T.y.

    Have you checked your database username/password/connection details to confirm theyre correct (open up the conf/settings.php file directly if you cant access it in the GUI). If they are do you use mysql connections anywhere else on your site to check it's not a server thing (quite likely)?
