Can't Make New Pages with Page Manager

Basically it works fine until I try to access the page, and then it shows me a 404 error. The information is saved in the Custompages.php file but it doesn't seem to work when I click on the tab. The Page Manager php files are set to chmod 777 but it still doesnt work.

    How are you trying to access the page?

    Is it a URL like: http://www.somewhere.com/forum/?Page=ThisPage

    I made the page with Page Manager and didnt put a URL but instead inputed my html below. It created a tab but not a page.

    Just tried the new Page Manager, works as it should here, do you understand what it's supposed to do?
    Have you checked all the boxes, or not checked?
    What's your HTML look like?

    I prefer to make an external page and point to it like this...

    Put:     <?php include("some_folder/some_page.htm"); ?>     into Page HTML

    Check yes: Tab hidden from navigation
    Enter a: Tab Name
    Enter a: Tab Identifier
