    This doesn't work when starting a new discussion... doesn't seem to do anything at all on a new discussion, only works on the comments to a discussion. But even so, very nice.

    Yea, it should definitely be updated to work on new discussions,like scorpious said, although people are definitely more likely to be compelled to "scream" at someone (a.k.a. CAPSlock) while commenting. It would also probably take people awhile to figure out that this wasn't working on new discussions, if they had been "chastised" by this extension while commenting in the past. Nevertheless, a new discussion is no excuse for CAPSlock.
