Changing the text , About Vanilla

Hi. I've just installed Vanilla on my server, which is going to replace the phpBB discussion forums. My question is: How do I change the welcome text and the About Vanilla text that appears on the Signin page? Thanks. Lee, www.urbanskaters.co.uk
