proxyconnect && registration invitation only

i don't know if this is a bug or not but here it is

with latest version of vanilla 2.0.15 and latest version of proxyconnect
if u set registration on invite only it triggers a error

Fatal Error in UserModel.NewUserRoleIDs();
This forum is currently set to invitation only mode.

    This is by design. The use case doesn't make logical sense. Invite only, yet people can sign up at will via your linked site. Doesn't make sense.
