How to add or remove buttons, replace <p> with <br> etc... ?

How to add or remove buttons, replace p with br, how to change default text area size? Can't do this like with regular TinyMCE because I can't find any tinyMCE.init({ code anywhere according to official manual.

    Shift+Enter = <br/>
    Enter = <p>

    Thanks but not a solution. Need it to be by default, because < p > not suits to my theme well.
