How to change format of "New discussion" email notification?

When in my vanilla community
www.iclickers.in any one posting any new discussion the automated email notifications that is being sent is showing all the HTML tag rather than showing actual HTML formating.

Can you kindly tell me how to configure that email sending system so that it shows email message in HTML format and dont show those html tags in the body.

I am refering one of my email that our users are receiving currently
