I'm not satisfied with my hosting now. So I'm buying another hosting server. So, how can I backup and restore my user accounts and their posts to the new server? Please help me. Thank you a thousand times

mysqldump and tar the application folder, move the tar to the new host and untar it. then load the sql into your new mysql server. change your config.php as required if the db host / user / pass info has changed.
