Quote not working after posting a comment with quote

Hi!

I've found a small bug. After posting a comment with a quote inside it, if I click in quote button to do another quote, it doesn't work.

But if I click in the Rich Editor and then click in quote, it works!

A small bug that may be easily correct, I think!

    I just tried here and was unable to reproduce this issue. Could you elaborate a bit?

    Well thanks for letting us know anyways. We just updated the the version on this server (now 2019.007, which is essentially what 3.0 will be for OSS users) .

    There was some refactoring and bug fixes for editor in this release, so hopefully it's all cleared up!.
