MOving Threads into another Category

Is there any possibility to move Threads into another Category? Maybe a plugin or something like that?

    Just edit the first comment in the discussion and you can change both the title and the category.

    Ok! Next question: Why are some categories (in the category section) underlined and some not?

    Are you talking about this forum, or yours?

    It's probably a css related issue.
