bug on addon's page

In safari, clicking the download(#kb) button will download an extension, but for some reason it also takes away the scroll bar and the page is no longer scrollable. A simple refresh fixes the issue, but obviously that's less than ideal.

    Hahaha - !@#$ing Safari. Okay, so I got a buddy to test this out and it turns out that safari doesn't even refresh the page to the "you are downloading X" screen - UNLESS - you resize the window. Then the scrollbar and everything else works properly. That is a browser bug, and I don't know what to do about it... But I'll do some googling...
