deleting topics?

I know the old version had cleanup but what about vanilla 1, how do you delete topics?

    I've actually rewritten the cleanup extension for version 1, but I'm having trouble with the database backup portion of it.

    I'm thinking of writing a new extension that turns all of the "hide" buttons into "delete" buttons. I'm going to call it "scary admin".
