Blank Page under Tab

Using the PageManager extension I have set up a tab called "Fred"
The tab is linked to an external page.
What I want is to first link it to an internal blank page containing a brief message about the external page.
How do I make this internal blank page, it must contain the menu and sidebar of course.

Never mind folks, I worked it out (duh)!
I used the HTML field in the PageManager extension itself.

    you can enter the html into the html entry box, delete the URL in the url box, and manually insert a link to the page in the html entry box after your description.
