Adding Options Page

Hello, I am trying to create an extension in Vanilla, and I was wondering how I would add a page to the ACP section where the admin could go in and edit some values. Thanks, Michael Boutros

I believe Jazzman's attachments extension adds a page here. You may want to give it a gander.
