Is there a way to make a category viewable by x number of roles but only writable by y number? IE I want mod's and admins' to be able to write to this forum but the rest only view. Unless I'm misreading things it appears there's is only an on/off switch for access in the category editor. Best regards, JD Smith

    There was a similar request for this earlier, it appears somebody may be working on it.

    For the moment, you must close the discussions you wish to protect. Mods and admins can then be given the permission to write to a closed discussion.

    Ah. Since I need to add basic category 'grouping' also I guess I may as well work on an extension to this too. I just thought it owuld be standard. :) Best regards, JD Smith
