How to change user name ?

Is this possible in Vanilla I haven't seen it anywhere, how would a user or Admin change username

    I haven't tried it yet but there is an option in "Application Settings" under "Forum Options" the second choice says " Allow members to change their usernames" ....

    unfortunately its not a member based permission setting at least not yet ;-)

    member based permission setting? Are you proposing to allow members to choose if theyre allowed to change usernames?

    no I was thinking it to be a permission where the Admin can allow certain member groups to change user names
