Custom feed of multiple categories

A page where i can select multiple categories and say it to generate a feed for me. so i can track multiple categories with just one feed.

In the categories tab, it would be nice if i can have the respective feed button next to its name,

    I think you can block the categories you dont want on the categories page, then make a feed of the discussions page. I might be wrong though.
