Non Disclosure Statment.

Does anyone have a sample one I could use? I don't know what else to say. It is for content they have/ will witness and I don't want it to be passed on or spoken of elswhere. If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks, Nathan.

    just google "sample NDA", you'll get a heap of hits.

    couldn't you include this in the vanilla member application terms of service ? you can add it to the inital section in the apply for membership or you could rewrite or add to the terms

    @bugsmi0: the lussumo terms are by no means anything like an NDA. He should definitely look for something more custom.

    i understand but it could be added into it, like a one paragraph rule or something - everything you see here must stay in the forum or you will be shot on site - seems to me the tos is sort of similiar to a nda or can be modified to appear the same unless you specifically needed the two to be separate http://vanilla/termsofservice.php I like the idea will add my nda into the tos

    It is not for content on a forum. And I agree with Mark that I need something specifically written as an NDA, not some amended TOS. I had a quick look around the Goggle results. There should be enough there to make a new one for my needs. Thanks.
