Frontpage List and User Votes

Hi, I wanted to pick your brains on how easy or difficult it would be to make a site like www.hotukdeals.com in Vanilla. HotUKDeals in made using vBulletin. Basically I'm interested in listing the top discussions on front page and allowing users to vote it. I have picked hotukdeals because of features and want to use the same features for my forum. - Vinx

    U can use the voting module to vote discussions. U will have to find out how to just use voting for the first comment and disable it for the rest of the comments U will have to fiddle with the theme to allow u to display the contents of the first comment. plus I dunno if vanilla allows u to by default show just one category that is it i think.
