Problem with members_page add-on

Hey all, I have a fairly new installation of Vanilla 1.0.1, and I installed and activated the members_page add-on. Unfortunately, nothing seems to .. happen. The Members bar does not show up. Go into the page manager administration panel, and click 'resync tabs'
