New comment indicator?

On this board, the discussions with new messages are indicated by a color change.

I may be overlooking it but, where would I find this extension?

    I thought that was standard.

    It is part of the CSS. Read, and a sticky, with no new comments: <li id="Discussion_4502" class="Discussion Sticky Read NoNewComments Category_10"> Unread, with new comments: <li id="Discussion_4602" class="Discussion Unread NewComments Category_13">
