Converting WebWizGuide to Vanilla

Anyone know of a way I can convert all the posts from a WebWizGuide/Access-powered discussion board into something Vanilla likes?

Not sure how to transfer from Access to MySQL... Maybe export to CSV?

I am interested in giving it a shot.
