  'fraid not mike. Ideally you need someone who can translate the mod_rewrite rules for you, but unfortunately I'm not your man
  
  It would certainly be valuable to the Vanilla community to have the Friendly URLs extension support MS IIS though. Perhaps version 2 of the extension will support MS?
