accounts page wont load for users

Site works fine till you click the Accounts tab. It loads for about 15sec then goes to a white blank page and no error is reported. Then from that page it does the same thing for every other page you try to go to. I did reinstall and still getting the same problem. Any ideas why it might do this?

    Do you have any extensions installed? If so, which ones?
