it could be interessant to give to the Unauthenticated member statut special option like, comment, vote, add poll, tag then it could be more interactive for the first visitor and a sort of digg like

But then you'd just end up with loads of spam bots/general idiots coming to your forum and voting/polling on things for no reason...?
