Can't Create a New Discussion

I'm getting the following error when I try to create a new discussion "Some problems were encountered The requested discussion could not be found." Pleeze advize

    Might be getting confused because you have 2 folders there of the same name. Try deleting one?

    I deleted double folders and tried resubmitting a new disscussion but still got this message: "Some problems were encountered The requested discussion could not be found." ...and the discussion could not be created. Anyone know how I can fix this?!

    Are you trying to upload any attachments? Regardless can you try disabling that extension and see if it works?

    I've noticed that creating a new discussion with adding an attachment results in an error when you forget to write some comments. Maybe that's what happened?

    I unchecked Attachments2 and resubmitteda list of extentions I'm using and got these two messages: Notice: Undefined variable: Whispered in /home/neatoblo/public_html/forum/extensions/Notify/default.php on line 155 (in the header) and "Some problems were encountered comments is 166 characters too long." This was the list: Attachments CategoryJumper DiscussionOverview DiscussionPages Dplayer InlineImages MultiFileUpload Notify PageMng ParticipatedThreads Sidepanel-2006-07-24 ToDo flashclocks userfilters ExtendedTextFormatter StuffDisplayer GoogleCalendar HtmlFormatter I think that I'm gonna "nuke" the whole thing and start over with a fresh installation - I need this to work. :^|

    You do seem to be having a somewhat unusual amount of errors...

    I started over from sratch and found that the best approach for me is to upload onl 1 extention at a time, enable it, check it, and then move on to the next installation.
