different user permissions on discusson

Hi Dears, i have a question. individual users can have their own permissons respectively on a specific discussion? ie, user A can view and write comment on Discussion DDD, while user B only can view the Discussion DDD without writing permission. thanks in advance

    that level of micro management is crazy access control for Categories can be done using CategoryRole extension.
