Pre-availible avatars to chose from

I thought i'll be quite cool if there were pre-admin defined avatars which users could select & use.

    I'd like this too - my users are unlikely to have a suitable picture to upload. Any ideas?

    I just made a sticky topic where I put all the avatars I made. It would be nice to have something like PhpBB, where you can choose the avatars you want from a gallery.

    I have put up a form where members are able to attach their pic and send it to me. I then process it and make it into an avatar for them. I find this system works well for a small forum, not much fun for the admin of a large one though.
