FCK Editor (FCKEditor) long URLs (url longer than 100 chars) do not work (how to fix)

I had the same issues with FCKEditor and long links /URLs as Zovall: http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/4932/ and Chrisrue: http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/5575/#Item_27 That happens to be a configuration of FCKEditor itself (so outside the scope of Vanilla. See my solution at: http://php.vanhecke.info/2007/03/20/fckeditor-extension-for-vanilla-long-urls-dont-work/ (I posted this in a separate discussion to be easily findable on searches with several keywords)
