admin pages showing w/o formatting

i migrated my vanilla installation to another server and when I logon as admin, see the pages w/o formatting. Rest is OK what did I wrong? thank you

    you probably have a custom stylesheet which is invalid. go to your account settings page and correct it, or go into the database and set your StyleID to 1 in your LUM_User record.
