Help needed with new forum

Hi all, I have just installed the forum for our community sports event and intially tried the Gallery add on. I then got a strange load of warning text above the forum so deleted the ext. The text is still there!!! Anyone know how to get rid and the proper way to install Gallery??? forum is at http://forum.rips.org.uk thanks

    go into conf/extensions.php and delete line 8 (the line "LightGallery_first_install/default.php")
