Role Manager

It seems that you need to do a search for a member to change their role? Isn't there a better way? Cannot you find all new members and review them? This might be a great add on --- unless it's already here and I'm missing it.

    click the users radio and enter:
    roles:Applicant;
    or whatever role you're looking for in the search field
