'Manage Extensions' listings

Hi I've recently installed this forum and all is working well. However, when I click on the 'manage extensions' link, all I'm shown is a dozen instances of the same extension (Whispers). Am I right in saying that this list is supposed to be compiled from the contents of the '/extensions/' folder? If so, why am I seeing a whole list of duplicate 'Whispers' extensions?
