I have an issue allready, I need to have a"moderator" group for some of the goobs managing a board. with making them admins its full time job for me to keep them out of shizit they dont need to be in HELP

    Check out the Roles page of the settings tab.

    As Minisweeper alluded to, you can create any role you want and give it any permissions you want. You can even have tiers of moderators if you choose :)
