Adding fields in sign-up form

I'm trying to find an add-on that will allow me add fields to the user registration form. I want to add a few more fields (like city, phone etc) and some fields can be optional. Is there any add-on that lets one customise this? If not how else can I manage to do this?

Predefined Attributes does it doesnt it?

Hi Minisweeper, I misunderstoond. I found the Predefined Attributes addon. Will install and see how it goes. :)
