Order of items in left panel

Sorry about all the questions today, but I was wondering how I can change the order in which items/addons appear in the left panel of my forum.

    There's an extension called Panel Order which will rearrange them. I'm not sure it still works OK with the latest vanilla but it's worth a go.

    I am not going to touch that add on...it looks like it could do a lot of damage.
