Profile URL

I'm not sure if this has been asked before... but I'm surprised that the URL to a user's profile is using its ID instead of the actual username. For example: account/12345 Instead of: account/username Is there a fix for this? If not, that would be my request. :)

    When i click on ACCOUNT , it takes me to account.php not a ID or Username?

    abcdefGARY - I've been working hard to go the opposite way - I don't want user's login account names to be exposed publically.

    steelejones - you probably don't have the 'friendly' URL extension installed.
